Dr. Sean Fitzgibbons
Endodontist and founder
Dr. Sean Fitzgibbons grew up in Stafford and opened Founders Endodontics to give the Fredericksburg area the specialist care he wanted for his own neighbors. Before dentistry, he flew for the U.S. Marine Corps, where he was a commissioned officer.

How he cares for patients
Dr. Fitzgibbons focuses on comfort and clear explanations. He pairs modern technology, including operating microscopes and 3D imaging, with an unhurried approach so each patient knows what is happening and why.
Family and free time
He and Tara, his wife of over fifteen years, are raising three kids: Theo, Gus and Flo. The family likes hiking, camping and board games, and weekends often find them on the Rappahannock River Trail or around downtown Fredericksburg.
