Dr. Sean Fitzgibbons founded this practice to bring modern endodontic care to the Fredericksburg community he grew up in and proudly calls home.
Dr. Sean Fitzgibbons established Founders Endodontics with a clear purpose: to bring modern endodontic care to Fredericksburg, Virginia, the community where he grew up and now raises his family. After serving as a pilot and officer in the United States Marine Corps, he earned his dental degree as valedictorian at UNLV and completed advanced endodontic training at The Ohio State University.
Returning home to serve his neighbors was never an afterthought. Every detail of Founders Endodontics, from the design of the space to the relationships built with local referring dentists, reflects a commitment to specialty care that feels personal, comfortable, and rooted in trust.
Founders Endodontics serves patients throughout Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and the surrounding region, offering root canal therapy, retreatments, emergency dentistry, and sedation options. Time is reserved daily for urgent needs, and every visit is guided by clear communication and genuine respect for each patient.
